Stoneware is pottery that is fired in a kiln to a high enough temperature that the clay melts and vitrifies-(becomes glasslike)-around 2400 F.  This produces a very durable material that will last a lifetime and can be used in the microwave, oven , and dishwasher.  

All of our stoneware is hand made on a potters wheel.  The glazes have been formulated and refined by us over the years. They are 
completely non toxic and lead free.  
Each piece is signed by the artist and is a totally unique piece of art that will give enjoyment, through its use, for many years.
